2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to pursue the matter which is pending before the respondent District Magistrate, Lakhisarai (respondent no.4) bearing Revision No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.265 of 2021(4) dt.15-07-2024 2/2 19 of 2020 which was filed against the order 22.01.2020 which is also the subject matter of the present writ petition.

3. In view of the aforesaid, District Magistrate, Lakhisarai the (respondent no.4) is directed to dispose of the Revision Case No. 19 of 2020, which is pending since 2020, within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of, with the aforesaid direction.
