The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dighwara P.S. Case No.314 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363,366 (A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner no. 2 is a lady and there is no serious allegation against her. So far as petitioner no. 1 is concerned, the statement made by the victim under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. that the victim has eloped with Ravi Kumar and she has not

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-9, Saran at Chapra in connection with Dighwara P.S. Case No. 314 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Anand Kr.
