JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-07-2023 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 08.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73344 of 2022 to the extent of name of the Court and cause title. Due to inadvertence in the main petition, instead of 'Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Benipatti' it was wrongly typed as 'Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Madhubani'. Same error has occurred in aforesaid order dated 08.05.2023 as also the description of the petitioner in the cause title be corrected as 'Fool Ahmad @ Md. Fool Ahmad @ Md. Fool @ M. M. Islam at present living in Delhi and ancestral property in Madhubani, Bihar' instead of 'Fool Ahmad @ Md. Fool Ahmad'. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for necessary correction in the order.

No. 73344 of 2022 in place of 'Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Madhubani' it may be read as 'Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Benipatti' as also, description of the petitioner be corrected accordingly and further four weeks' time is granted for furnishing bail-bond. Accordingly, order dated 08.05.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73344 of 2022 is modified to the above extent only. Modification petition is allowed.
