2. The petitioner had moved the Court with a grievance that the name of 706 voters had been excluded wrongly from the voter list for election to Bajpatti Prakhand Matasyajivi Sahyog Samiti.

3. Learned counsel for the State Election Authority

Patna High Court CWJC No.7034 of 2017 dt.23-06-2017 2/2 submitted that upon the objection filed, more than 700 persons have been included in the voter list.

4. In view thereof, nothing remains in the writ petition. Accordingly, the same stands disposed off.
