Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the present writ petition for quashing of order dated 28.11.2024 (Annexure -2) as well as letter dated 01.04.2025 (Annexure P/8). The petitioner further prays for issuance of a direction to the respondent to accept the domicile certificate of the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the Union of India

Patna High Court CWJC No.9206 of 2025(2) dt.12-05-2026 2/2 has raised a preliminary objection and submits that, against the order of termination, the petitioner has approached this Hon'ble Court without availing the statutory remedy of appeal.

4. In the aforesaid background, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to prefer a statutory appeal before the competent authority within a period of 30 days from today. In the event of such appeal being filed, the delay, if any, in preferring the same shall stand condoned.
