The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 220 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections-304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner happens to be brother-in-law of the deceased. Paragraph-9 of the petition clearly shows that no external or internal injury was found on the person of the deceased. The opinion regarding cause of death of the deceased was kept reserved. Moreover, one Bajrangi Das has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court.
Accordingly, the petitioner named above, in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11200 of 2015 (2) dt.23-03-2015 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 220 of 2014to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
