JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 15-12-2021 Perused the report of the learned trial court as contained in letter no. 172 dated 26th November, 2021. According to this report the case was fixed for 313 Cr.P.C. statement of the accused on 24.11.2021. The learned trial court has requested for three months further time to conclude the trial. In the aforesaid view of the matter, this court is not willing to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. It was earlier rejected vide order dated 25.01.2021 in Cr. Misc. No. 32618/2020 for the reasons contained therein. Let the trial court conclude the trial within a period of three months from the date of the letter no. 172 dated 26.11.2021.
