ANSARI ORAL ORDER 04-02-2015 This is an application, made under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking pre-arrest bail by the petitioner, namely, Sakali Devi, in connection with Complaint Case No. 748/12 under Section 420 IPC.

Perused the above application and materials on record including a copy of the order, dated 19.07.2014, passed, in ABP No. 19472 of 2014, by the learned Sessions Judge, Patna, rejecting the said application for pre-arrest bail.

Heard Mr. Tilak Sao, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr. Yogendra Kumar, learned APP, appearing for the State. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application for pre-arrest bail. No objection has been raised to the prayer for withdrawal made by the petitioner.
