Mr.
Shashi Bhushan Singh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the issue raised in the present writ application has already been adjudicated by the Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.07.2017 passed in L.P.A. No. 269 of 2016.
In view of the above, the respondent University is directed to take final decision in the light of decision of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.10347 of 2017 (2) dt.16-02-2018 2/2 Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.07.2017 passed in L.P.A. No. 269 of 2016 within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and if the case of the petitioner is found similar to the case of appellant of L.P.A. No. 269 of 2016, similar benefit should be extended to the petitioner within the time as indicated hereinabove. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
