2. This application, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is directed to quash the First Information Report of Ara Town P.S. Case No. 356 of 2012 registered, under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, regarding kidnapping of daughter of informant.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, daughter of informant, who is major, left her parental house according to her own sweet will and performed the marriage with the petitioner and she also residing with this petitioner.
