2. The petitioner apprehends his/her arrest in connection with Antichak P.S. Case No. 54 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354B, 354C, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per allegation, when the informant along with her daughter was returning to her house after attending the call of nature, the petitioner overpowered her daughter and misbehaved with her.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is a person of clean antecedent. There is land dispute

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge 7th -cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Bhagalpur in connection with Antichak P.S. Case No. 54 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
