The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 325, 341, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the informant and her daughter with Lathi. Though injury of the informant has been found to be simple but one injury of daughter on her finger has been found to be grievous.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation has been levelled in the background of partition dispute.

The aforesaid facts constitute good grounds for consideration of prayer for regular bail of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8700 of 2015 (2) dt.10-03-2015 2 / 2 petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order in connection with Kothi P.S. Case No. 58 of 2014 pending in the court of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Sherghati at Gaya.

With this observation, the application is disposed off.
