Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sheohar P. S. case no. 61/2013 registered under sections 323, 337, 353 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that when petitioners attempted to provide meal to one Sanjeet Ram who was in police custody, police officials prevented them but they became furious and instigated some other persons to assault the police officials.

Petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34122 of 2014 (3) dt.03-04-2015 the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in Sheohar P. S. case no. 61/2013 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
