The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 251 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 392, 365 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegations, of having abducted and looting the vehicle, no case for anticipatory bail is made out.
