2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sirdalla P.S. Case No.158 of 2025 registered under Section 30(a) (c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. There is recovery of 95 litres of country made wine form the house of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioner was not present at the place of occurrence and he has no concern with the seized liquor. The recovery is made from the joint family house. The charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case and there is

It is also submitted that petitioner has four criminal antecedents and in three cases, he is on bail. Petitioner is in custody since 05.05.2025 and he undertakes to cooperate in the trial.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court-I, Nawada in connection with Sirdalla P.S. Case No.158 of 2025.
