JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Runni Saidpur P.S.Cse No. 105/2014 a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi. Accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after one year of the marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demand.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that during investigation it was foundp that the victim died due to diarrhea. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for
