The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 27.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53936 of 2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer only to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 26 of 2015 pending in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14611 of 2016 (2) dt.06-04-2016 2/2 court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara. The rest conditions as stipulated in the order dated 27.11.2015 will remain the same.

The order dated 27.11.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
