JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-05-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case instituted under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is of killing daughter of the informant due to non-fulfilment of additional demand of dowry.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have got no criminal antecedent. Petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law, petitioner no. 2 to 6 and 10 are brothers-in-law, petitioner nos. 7 and 8 are sisters-in-law and petitioner no. 9 is mother-in-law of the deceased. They are separate in mess and property from the husband of the deceased. The husband is in custody On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

No.15660 of 2016 (2) dt.03-05-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia, Bhagalpur, in connection with Kharik P.S. Case no. 141 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
