The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 02 of 2016 for the offences instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 307, 379 and 504 of the IPC.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that on 16.12.2015 at about 6.00 A.M. in the morning the informant was sitting in his door. In the meantime, the petitioners having armed with Lathi,

Amod Paswan gave Farsa blow on the head of the informant casing cut injury on his head. Sipahi Paswan and others assaulted the informant with Lathi. Jageshwar Paswan assaulted Vijay Paswan causing Farsa injury on his head. Samod Paswan assaulted Sonu Kumar with Bhala and other persons assaulted with Lathi. It is further alleged that Amod Paswan took way a box containing Rs. 60,000/-.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. It is a case and counter case between the parties. There is an admitted land dispute. The injury on the part of the petitioners' side has not been explained by the prosecution.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Tisiauta P.S. Case No. 02/2016 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., IX, Vaishali at Hajipur, subject to the
