2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 199/2014 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/148/149/323/504/506/ 307/302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. Altogether 13 persons are said to have assaulted the deceased. Vikas Kumar is said to have shot at the deceased. Other persons are also said to have sustained injury.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any crime. He is in jail since 07.10.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Samastipur/ concerned court in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 199/2024.
8. This application for bail stands allowed.
