Patna High Court MJC No.779 of 2016 dt.23-11-2016 2/2 CWJC No. 18406 of 2015 requiring the authorities to consider the petitioner's case and taking decision at their end.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly accepts that payment of all the admitted dues has been made by the opposite parties and the order of this Court stands complied with.
