JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-05-2022 Heard Mr. Iqbal Asif Niazai, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State. The petitioner, who is in custody since 26.05.2021 seeks bail in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 118/2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation in the F.I.R. is that the son of the petitioner had taken away the grand-daughter of the informant for the purposes of marriage. The informant has alluded that the petitioner also had good idea regarding the whereabouts of the victim but he never co-operated in the recovery of the girl. Mr. Niazi, the learned Advocate has submitted that even before the F.I.R. was instituted, the grand-daughter of the informant had come back home. It has also been urged on behalf

No.49252 of 2021(2) dt.25-05-2022 2/2 of the petitioner that considering the relationship which had developed between the son of the petitioner and the granddaughter of the informant, they married with each other in presence of local persons and in support of such statement, some photographs have been brought on record in this petition. The son of the petitioner is said to have been released on bail sometimes ago on the ground of his juvenility. However, considering the period of custody of the petitioner which is from 26.05.2021, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -V, Darbhanga, in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 118/2021.
