Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 483, 486 of the I.P.C, Sections 103, 104 of the Trade Mark Act and Sections 63, 64 of the Copyright Act.

It is alleged that from the shop of the petitioner fake Dabur products were recovered. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that Dabur products were purchased from the authorized agent of the Dabur company. A statement to that effect has been made in para 6 of the petition. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks and pray for regular bail in connection

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8244 of 2015 (2) dt.26-02-2015 2/2 with Goraul P.S. Case No. 273 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur. Accordingly the application is disposed off.
