2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No. 207 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals have committed dacoity and looted one Scorpio vehicle. The looted mobile phone has been recovered from the petitioner. The name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 22.02.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36035 of 2025(3) dt.02-09-2025 2/2 for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
