The petitioner being the mother of the husband of the victim is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after about 10 years of marriage. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is not specific against the petitioner when the informant has retracted from his initial version and filed a petition to that effect before the learned court below.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6946 of 2015 (2) dt.20-02-2015 2 / 2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Agiaon (Garahani) P.S. Case No. 115 of 2014 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Bhojpur, Ara, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
