ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 21-08-2015 Supplementary Affidavit has been filed annexing the Sanha the Petitioner has given on account of regular threats meted out by the Opposite Party No.2, which may be kept on the record. The Petitioner seeks cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the Opposite Party No.2 by order dated 28.5.2014 passed by the Sessions Judge, Gaya vide A.B.P. No.931 of 2014 in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. case No.39 of 2014. Since there is no report as yet that the Opposite Party No.2 in fact threatened the Petitioner, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

Hence, the application is disposed of with a direction to the court below to hold an enquiry in regard to the Sanha and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48758 of 2014 (2) dt.21-08-2015 2/2 pass appropriate orders in accordance with law after hearing both the parties. He shall also conclude the trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournments to any party. (Anjana Prakash, J) Narendra/- U T
