The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rail (Bhagalpur) P.S. Case No.28 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 13,16,18, 23 and Sections 164 and 174 of the Railway Act, 1989.

The allegations against the petitioner is of serious in nature.
