JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 08-08-2017 The petitioner holding the post of Vikash Mitra has certain grievances including confirmation of services as well as for being appointed as Nodal Officer, however, the writ petition is wanting on any such representation being filed by the petitioner before the appropriate authority for raising such grievance. In the circumstances, the only order which can be passed in the present writ petition is to afford liberty to the petitioner to raise a grievance before the authority concerned and it goes without saying that any such representation being filed by the petitioner would be considered by the authority concerned and disposed of in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within 3 months of its filing.
The writ petition is disposed of.
