At this stage Mr. Satish Kumar Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for an appropriate direction to the respondent no.3 to dispose of his representation, a copy of which is placed at Annexure-8 to the supplementary affidavit.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.3 to consider the grievance raised by the petitioner in his representation present at Annexure-8 and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
