Let Additional Chief Secretary, Road Construction Department, Government of Bihar, Patna be impleaded as Respondent No 6 to the writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 26.08.2022, the petitioner has filed the representation (Annexure P/18 to Interlocutory Application No 1 of 2022) before Respondent No 6, Additional Chief Secretary, Road Construction Department, Government of Bihar, Patna. The limited grievance is that the petitioner's representation needs to be considered for her promotion as Head Clerk with effect from 12.07.2017, considering the fact that her junior has been promoted.

In view of the limited grievance, this writ petition need not be kept pending. The same is disposed of with a direction to the newly added Additional Chief Secretary, Road Construction Department, Government of Bihar, Patna to dispose of the petitioner's claim within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
