The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bahadurpur (Faikla O.P.) P.S. Case No. 239 of 2021 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The first information report is lodged after lapse of one week of the alleged occurrence. There is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

P.S. Case No. 239 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
