The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 229 of 2020 dated 03.06.2020 instituted for the offence under Section 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

It appears from the impugned order that a loaded country made pistol kept in a bag was recovered from the parapet of a room in the house belonging to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is in custody since 04.06.2020.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation and the period of custody of the petitioner, he is
