JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 324, 341, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of assaulting the informant. This Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner only because the case was instituted in 2007. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a lady and other accused persons have been granted bail.
Let the court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner keeping in view the facts that the petitioner is a lady and others have been granted bail.
