Patna High Court CWJC No.8268 of 2017 dt.06-10-2017 2/2 Chancellor, Universities of Bihar, has submitted that Bachelor of Physical Education (in short 'B.P.Ed.') examination for the session in question of the institutions, conducting the said course, was not being conducted in the absence of approval and notification of the Ordinance and Regulation for the two years B.P.Ed. course. He informs this Court that now the Ordinance and Regulations have been approved and notified and have been put on the website of the Chancellor's office.

2. It seems, therefore, that there is no more hurdle in conducting the said examination.

3. This application, which has been filed for direction upon the Magadh University, Body Gaya, Gaya to conduct the said B.P.Ed. examination, for the Session 201517, is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction that the process for holding examination must start forthwith and should be concluded within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

4. This application stands disposed of.
