2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 89 of 2025 dated 23.02.2025, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 351(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. The allegation against the petitioners is that, they assaulted with iron rod on the head of Tabrej Mansuri, son of the informant, when he came to save his father.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is specific allegation against both the petitioners of assaulting with iron rod on the head of son of informant but the injury report reveals that there is one injury on the head of the son of the informant, which too is simple in nature. It is further submitted that there is a case and counter case between the parties and counter case has been lodged by co-accused Mustafa Mansuri against the informant and his family members. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest / surrender of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today, in connection with Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 89 of 2025, they shall be released on anticipatory bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the
