2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baligaon P.S. Case No. 38 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 435, 427, 387, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act and also under Section 17 of C.L.A. Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, some unknown Maoists have burnt tractor for extortion.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has committed no offence and he has been implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion only.

6. Learned counsel for the opposite party and learned APP for the State has submitted that the petitioner is involved in the crime and his name has come during investigation and the petitioner has similar antecedents also.

7. Considering the fact that the petitioner is involved in anti-national activities, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

8. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
