In this case, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 28.02.2017 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Sasaram, Rohtas, whereby and whereunder he has cancelled the P.D.S. licence of the petitioner.
It appears that the petitioner instead of exhausting the alternative remedy has directly approached this Court as there is provision of appeal against the order of the SubDivisional Officer. In such view of the matter, let the petitioner exhaust the alternative remedy of appeal before the appellate authority. If the petitioner files an appeal before the appellate
