Patna High Court MJC No.1866 of 2024(11) dt.15-05-2026 2/2 mind, the authorities have found that Old Pension Scheme is applicable in the case of the petitioner and, accordingly, the entire admitted dues of the petitioner has been paid and, as such, order under contempt has been fully complied.

3. Considering the aforesaid information and the fact that substantial amount has been paid to the petitioner, the present contempt petition stands consigned.

4. However, the petitioner if still aggrieved in any manner, he would at be liberty to challenge the same before the appropriate authority.
