The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 399 of 2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 325, 326, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the dispute and the injury, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
