JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No. 794 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in kidnapping of the son of the informant. The material that has come against the petitioner is that the Mobile of the son of the informant was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 10.2.2019.
