2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for quashing the order dated 16.09.2019 passed by Cheif Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Town P.S. Case No. 488 of 2019.

3. The order dated 16.09.2019 has been challenged for quashing in the year 2024 after an inordinate delay of about five years.

4. In view of the above, this application is dismissed on the ground of delay and latches only with a liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds at an appropriate stage.

5. It is made clear that this Court has not applied its mind on the merits of the case.
