The petitioner undoubtedly is an employee of Vishnu Sugar Mill and raises the issue of correction of date of birth in the records maintained by the Sugar Mill.
After some argument and being confronted with the issue of maintainability that Mr. Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for disposal of the writ petition to enable the petitioner to raise his grievance before the appropriate forum.
The writ petition is disposed of with the liberty so prayed.
