2. The present application has been filed for grant of extension of time for surrender and furnishing bail bond by modification of order dated 12.12.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 29245 of 2014 in terms of which the petitioners had been granted anticipatory bail.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that due to unavoidable reasons the petitioner could not be surrendered within the time granted by the Court, who had been granted anticipatory bail as the thrust of accusation was against other co-accused who had already been granted bail by this Court.

4. In the interest of justice, the time granted for surrender before the learned Court below in terms of order dated 12.12.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 29245 of 2014 is extended by four weeks from today.
