NATH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 06-10-2016 Heard Mr. Gyanand Roy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners who has confined his prayer in the application to the direction to the court below for disposal of the stay petition filed on behalf of the appellant-petitioner on 01.02.2014. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that no order has been passed by the learned court below on the said petition and the matter has lingered so far. After considering the submissions and the materials on record, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to file appropriate petition in the appellate court below with prayer for disposal of the stay petition dated 01.02.2014 filed by the appellant-petitioners. If such petition is filed, the appellate court below is directed to consider the same in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
