Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that the period of suspension is over and, as such, this writ application has been rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed as having become infructuous.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has an apprehension that his licence may be cancelled in future taking ground of present suspension order.
Though this Court is not giving any opinion on the merit of
