ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 18-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was allowed Provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 15.5.2014.

In the nature of dispute between the Parties, an effort was made to settle the dispute but nothing could happen. Considering the merits of the case, Provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order dated 15.5.2014 in connection with Complaint Case No. 2010 of 2013, Trial No. 2782 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, is hereby confirmed on the same terms as also that the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
