JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-01-2021 Heard Mr. Shivjee Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State. The petitioner, who is in custody since 30.07.2020, seeks bail in connection with Alamganj P. S. Case No. 421 of 2020 dated 29.07.2020, instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

In view of the recovery of 150 litres of Mahua liquor from the Scooty and the period of custody of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to
