JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 19-09-2016 The respondent of Title Appeal No. 30/99 filed the present writ application with a grievance that the records of the said case are required to be re-constructed and the appellant State of Bihar had not furnished the document(s)/exhibit(s)) in possession of the appellant.

In the light of the previous order, an affidavit is filed on behalf of respondent no.3. It is stated in paragraph 4 and 5 that the document(s) in possession of the appellant (State of Bihar) have been furnished to the court through the Government Pleader. The counsel for the petitioner, however, states that entire documents have not been furnished.

Be that as it may, it is for the court in seisin of the matter to take necessary steps for re-construction of the records of the appeal and proceed for disposal of T.A.No. 30/99. Since the matter is old, it is
