The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 145 of 2021 registered under Sections 328, 354, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54365 of 2021(11) dt.23-03-2023 2/2 submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to mala-fide intention and ulterior motives. Further submission is that no injury has been found as per allegation in the F.I.R. In the F.S.L. Report, no Metallic, Alkaloidal, Glycosidal, Pesticidal or Volatile poison could be detected. He also submits that petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Siwan in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 145 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
