JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-11-2022 The limited prayer of the petitioner in the present case is to direct the Municipal Commissioner, Nagar Nigam, Sitamarhi to ensure construction of road and drain at Ward No.09, Road No.01, Gali No.6, situated at Kailashpuri. Having regard to the limited prayer of the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Municipal Commissioner, Nagar Nigam, Sitamarhi for redressal of this aforesaid grievance.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed, within a period of 2 weeks from today, the Municipal Commissioner, Nagar Nigam, Sitamarhi shall take appropriate action thereon, in accordance with law, forthwith.
